The purity of the Spanish Romanesque. It is one of the purest buildings from the Spanish Romanesque period. It was commissioned by Doña Mayor, widow of Sancho Mayor, king of Navarre, and has served as a spiritual retreat for pilgrims on the Way of St. James.
Timetables:1 April to 30 June and 1-15 October, daily, 10am-2pm and 4.30-8pm. 16 October to 31 March, daily, 10am-2pm and 3.30-6.30pm.
Entry fee: General admission: €1 Reduced: €0.70 groups and pilgrims. Free: Wednesdays
