What remains of the original complex is the court with a double Doric and ionic arcade by Andrea Moroni. The antique Anatomy theatre that was built in 1594 by Gerolamo Fabrici d¡äAcquapendente and the Sala die Quaranta is where you can see Galileo's lectern. In the small hall adjacent to the Anatomy Theatre there is a permanent exhibition of busts, coat of arms, old diplomas, engravings, portraits and a wooden model of the Anatomy Theatre. |
